Hey everyone! Okay, well I love this station (this forum is right up my ally! Cause when I get older I want to be a radio braudcaster) anyways: I was wondering if anybody here has ever heard of the Melissa Forman show on 93.9 WLIT FM in Chicago, IL? If you haven't, you should give her show (inperticular) a listen! She's on from 5-9 A.M Monday/Friday. She's awesome! :) You can listen live to the station at: http://www.wlit.com and click on "Listen Live". It is really hard to axcess, so for all the blind people, you might have to get somebody sighted to help you with the link.
Just thought I'd let Y'all know about this awesome show! :)

Jeremy Andrews can pick up Chicago, IL stuff. I have traded airchecks with him before. He can get you the WLIT stuff, I'll have to request it on our next trade. He wants stuff from me so I'll be asking for some currents from him from WLIT. I like the Soft AC/AC format but never heard it done Cklear Channel Style. If WSNI is any indacation of the way CC presents Soft AC stuff, then it'll suck.... LOL DHis website is at: http://www.geocities.com/norbie13/airchecks.html or e-mail him at: norbie13@yahoo.com. I was the one that recorded all of the WBBO stuff from 2004 on the New Jersey Page for him. He is an honest trader like myself and would trade for currents of WLIT for you. Catch up with me if you have any more questions. I'd also like to set up a trade with you at some point if you are into doing that.
I live in chicago, and I never turn on the lite, or so their tag line says.
Hey! Yeah, I guess it's kinda pointless to reply to this topic now. (but, what is an aircheck?) (but I don't live in Chicago, I just listen to it online). They've recently uploaded Podcasts of "Melissa Forman and the morning show" for people to check out. http://www.wlit.com.
But, if you can get the stuff for me, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Amber
Jeremy Andrews can supply you with the airchecs. see his website at http://www.geocities.com/norbie13/airchecks.html
or e-mail him at: norbie13@yahoo.com. Here is my definition of what an airchec is: http://home.comcast.net/~jh926/FAQ.html
Hi! Thanks for repling to this topic! It's appreciated!!! I'll have to drop him an e-mail sometime! Another Q: if I e-mail him and ask him about these air checks, do I have to traide with him? (I havn't anything recorded).
Thanks again. -Amber
